Return Conditions

Items must meet the following conditions:

• Unused and in original condition
• With original tags and packaging
• Not damaged or altered
• With original receipt or order confirmation
• No signs of wear or washing

How to Initiate a Return

Refund Process

Refunds are processed to your original payment method:

• Cash on Delivery (COD): Refund via bank transfer
• JazzCash: Refund to original JazzCash account
• EasyPaisa: Refund to original EasyPaisa account
• Processing time: 5-7 business days

Exchanges

We offer free exchanges for:

• Wrong size or color
• Defective or damaged items
• Items not as described
• Manufacturing defects

Simply contact us with your order number and we will arrange the exchange at no additional cost.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

• Items purchased on clearance or final sale
• Customized or personalized items
• Items used or washed
• Items without original tags
• Intimate apparel (for hygiene reasons)

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item:

• Report within 24 hours of delivery
• Provide photos of the damage
• We will send a replacement immediately
• No return shipping required
