01Advance Payment & Production
GONIA operates on a 50% advance payment model. Production of your items will begin only after the advance payment is verified through a transaction screenshot or bank confirmation. This ensures commitment and covers initial material costs for your handcrafted pieces.
02Manufacturing Timeline
As our products are meticulously handcrafted, please allow for a production period of 10-14 business days. Any changes to this timeline due to material availability or high demand will be communicated promptly via WhatsApp.
03Remaining Balance
The remaining 50% balance must be paid upon delivery (Cash on Delivery) or prior to dispatch for specific out-of-city shipping requirements. Failure to clear the balance may result in delivery delays.
04Shipping & Delivery
Delivery charges are shown separately at final checkout. We use trusted couriers like Leopard and TCS to ensure your order reaches you safely.
